Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming written inquiries in the online chat, including inquiries in foreign languages;
  • Analyzing and structuring the information received from users;
  • Timely escalation of issues to senior management or technical specialists;
  • Providing support in both Russian and English.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or online service support for mobile applications in the FinTech/HRTech sector;
  • Good command of the English language (B2+);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English;
  • Advanced PC user skills;
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience writing and updating knowledge base articles in both Russian and English;
  • Experience writing service-related emails in both Russian and English;
  • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Slack;
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages;
  • Experience creating video materials.
