Working with freelancers, the cons: thirty people in twenty countries, one needs PayPal in dollars, another wants Bybit in USDT, a third only accepts tenge to a Kaspi Bank card.
Here’s what that looks like in practice: someone on your team spends days coordinating amounts and payment methods with each person, setting up transfers to different countries, and then paying everyone manually. And this repeats every single month.
Contractor Management is a tool that handles all of this for you:
Sign a contract right in the service. Use your own template or choose from Mellow’s ready-made options. Contracts are available for different jurisdictions, with well-developed clauses on confidentiality and IP rights transfer.
Send payments automatically once all work – or a specific milestone – is complete. You set the payment frequency and deposit the total amount to your balance, and the service takes care of the rest. Contractors withdraw in their preferred currency to a card, bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet.

Project Radar: 10 Free Project Searches Per Week
Who it’s for: Freelancers actively looking for projects
What we did: Now, even without a Project Radar subscription, you can search for projects manually – up to 10 times a week. With a subscription, it’s even better: you get a daily project digest and unlimited manual searches.
We’ve also taught Project Radar to search like a bloodhound – it now finds (and digs up) work for you on Indeed, LinkedIn, X, SimplyHired, Glassdoor, Pangian, Workday, and Dice. And to make sure the projects it finds really match your skills, we added the option to connect your LinkedIn profile.

Referral Bonuses – Now Doubled
Who it’s for: All Mellow users
What we did: Inviting another freelancer to Mellow now earns you up to €140 (previously up to €70). We’ve also changed the condition for the first referral bonus: you’ll receive it once your referral reaches €1,000 in turnover.
A quick reminder: the person you invite needs to sign up through your personal link on the website – that’s what makes them your referral. And they get bonuses too: €10 when they reach €1,000 in turnover, and another €20 at the €10,000 mark. Learn more about the referral program.
