SEPA Instant Now Available

Starting June 1, Mellow clients can fund their accounts faster and more conveniently with our new SEPA Instant payment option.

SEPA Instant is a real-time bank transfer system available in the SEPA zone that allows for instant euro payments at a lower cost than traditional card payments. If your company is based in a SEPA country and your Mellow balance is in euros, you can now top up with just a few clicks.

Simply choose SEPA Instant when topping up, confirm the amount, and complete the payment in your bank’s terminal. Funds are credited instantly. A small fee applies: 0.5% + €0.20 per transaction.

You’ll find your SEPA Instant transactions in the Client Profile → Invoices tab and in the Statistics → Transaction Monitoring section.
