Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming written inquiries via online chat, including requests in foreign languages;
  • Analyzing and structuring information received from users;
  • Timely escalation of issues to senior managers or technical specialists;
  • Providing support in both Russian and English.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support or client services, ideally within online platforms, mobile apps, or in the FinTech/HRTech industries;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian; English — upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher;
  • Proficient PC user;
  • Strong customer focus and advanced communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides in Russian and/or English;
  • Experience writing service-related emails and notifications in Russian and/or English;
  • International experience (work, study, internships) and good understanding of cross-cultural communication;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Slack;
  • Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or other foreign languages.
