Responsibilities
Handling incoming written inquiries via online chat, including requests in foreign languages;
Analyzing and structuring information received from users;
Timely escalation of issues to senior managers or technical specialists;
Providing support in both Russian and English.
Requirements
Experience in customer support or client services, ideally within online platforms, mobile apps, or in the FinTech/HRTech industries;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian; English — upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher;
Proficient PC user;
Strong customer focus and advanced communication skills.
Nice to have
Experience creating and updating knowledge base articles and user guides in Russian and/or English;
Experience writing service-related emails and notifications in Russian and/or English;
International experience (work, study, internships) and good understanding of cross-cultural communication;
Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Jira, Slack;
Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or other foreign languages.
