On October 24, your Mellow dashboard moves from mellow.io to mellow.cy.
Everything you’re used to stays the same. Only the address changes.
What’s Happening
We’ll soon launch a new product, and it will run on mellow.io. That’s why the product you use today is moving to a new address: mellow.cy. It will keep working just as before, and we’ll keep developing it.
Starting October 24, the dashboard and API will run on my.mellow.cy, and the product website on mellow.cy.
What Changes
Who It’s For: Businesses and contractors
Your account and login stay the same. So do your task and deal history, documents, withdrawal methods, and the way you work.
Logging in. Log in as usual. If you go to my.mellow.io out of habit or log in via mellow.io, you’ll be automatically redirected to your dashboard on my.mellow.cy.
Emails. Service emails, such as invitations, notifications, and invoices, will come from the mellow.cy domain. Add it to your trusted senders so you don’t miss anything important.
Support. Our new address is support@mellow.cy. We’re here for you as always. Mellow’s other email addresses are moving to the new domain too.
Documents. We’ll update the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and offer agreements to include the new domain. The first time you log in after October 24, you’ll need to accept the updated offer agreement. It takes a minute.
The mobile app works as before. You just need to update it to the latest version.
To give you time to adjust, the transition period lasts one month, until November 24. During that time, both old and new addresses work, and links in emails sent before October 24 stay active.
If You Use the API
Important: starting October 24, the API runs on my.mellow.cy. By November 24, replace mellow.io with mellow.cy in all endpoints, requests, and webhook settings. After that date, requests to the old address will no longer go through. Paths, methods, data formats, and tokens stay the same. The IP addresses we send webhooks from don’t change either. If you need help, contact your account manager or support, and we’ll set everything up together.
If You Invoice Clients via Global Invoicing
Keep working as usual. Starting October 24, invoices to your clients will come from the mellow.cy domain. Let your clients know in advance so an email from a new address doesn’t surprise them.
Moving Day
On October 24, the website will be unavailable for a few hours. After the switch, SMS codes and emails may arrive with a delay. If you can, put off your Mellow tasks until the next day so everything goes more smoothly.
What’s Next
Mellow used to be several separate products. Now we’re building one system where Mellow handles all the work between a company and a contractor, from search to payment. In essence, it’s the single workspace many of you have been waiting for.
The new product needs the mellow.io domain, so the current product is moving to mellow.cy. There, it works as usual and keeps evolving. We’ll share more about the new product closer to launch.
