Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for client payments, including top-ups, write-offs, refunds, and resolving non-standard issues;
  • Perform reconciliations with clients and partners, ensuring accuracy of settlements and account balances;
  • Respond to inquiries from internal and client accounting teams regarding balances and transactions;
  • Communicate with banks, payment service providers, and counterparties on operational matters;
  • Support customer service teams with inquiries related to payments and balances;
  • Participate in automation of routine processes and improvement of templates and operational procedures;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in financial operations, fintech, or accounting;
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial workflows;
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power Query);
  • Experience working with banking systems and payment service providers;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data; ability to identify and correct discrepancies;
  • Ability to resolve operational issues quickly in a high-paced environment;
  • Responsible, structured thinker with a collaborative mindset;
  • Working proficiency in English (written communication with providers and clients).
